Some love stories you remember for life. Disha and Jainil’s love is one of them. It feels like that moment when winter sunshine hits your skin, and you realise you’re warm from the inside out.

Building their wedding brought us so much joy. Truly. Every time we watch their wedding film, we get overwhelmed all over again by just how much love was present on those days. And yes, more often than not, we end up tearing up halfway through it. But honestly, it’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do.

Their story began in Italy. Nothing flamboyant or over the top. They were two young souls who met in college, spent their time wandering the city, exploring together, and slowly finding home in each other. When we asked them about their favourite memory from Italy, they spoke about the parks. About sitting together, unhurried, just being. That’s where they fell in love. So of course, their cocktail night had to feel like an evening in an Italian park.
From the hand-painted chalkboard bar sign to real herbs placed on each table, every detail was meant to feel sensory and personal. The backdrop took inspiration from Italian architecture, romantic but understated. We even brought their travel diaries into the centrepieces, with little recommendations they had for each place they’d been. It felt intimate, thoughtful, and very them.

As the night wound down, Disha and Jainil quietly slipped away. They changed into their pyjamas and made their way to a space we had built just for them. No audience. No noise. Just the two of them. They had told us they wanted their vow ceremony to feel warm and cozy, something that belonged only to them. So we created a space that held that intention, soft, intimate, and deeply personal. Watching them exchange vows in that quiet moment was one of the most beautiful parts of the entire celebration.

For their other functions, it was important to us that both their roots were represented, but always in a way that reflected their taste. Their haldi was a nod to Jainil’s Gujarati roots, with a modern take on the bandhani motif. We kept the colours soft, allowing light to diffuse through the space, letting texture and layering do the talking.

The Muhuratam was designed keeping Disha’s modern Kannadiga aesthetic in mind. The lotus became our central motif, symbolising purity, grace, and fresh beginnings. We added a custom secondary motif of koi fish, representing balance and completeness in a relationship. The space was designed to feel spiritual and serene, calm and blessed, the kind of place that holds you gently as two people step into a new chapter together.

Their reception was built to feel regal, inspired by European royalty, but softened to reflect the warmth of love. The cloud-inspired stage, the glow of candlelight, everything came together so beautifully. From the very first brainstorming session, I knew we wanted to use handmade beaded flowers for the centrepieces. They took over 3,000 hours to make, but every single one was worth it.

I still remember standing with Disha while she was getting her mehendi done during her garden-inspired mehendi ceremony and casually asking her when we were meeting next. At that point, it didn’t even feel like a work conversation anymore. Somewhere along the way, we had moved into friendship. And that’s really the magic. That’s what stays with us long after the wedding is done.
When we look back at Disha and Jainil’s wedding, what stays with us isn’t just how beautiful it all was. It’s how it felt. The quiet moments, the unspoken understanding, the warmth that lingered long after the lights dimmed. This wasn’t a wedding built to impress. It was built to belong. And being trusted with something so personal is something we’ll always hold close.

This celebration came together because of a group of incredibly thoughtful people who showed up with care, patience, and a shared love for the process.
