If you are here, there is a high chance that you are getting married. So firstly, congratulations!

​

Here is a little more about us.

Phool & Pheras was founded by the three of us, Shuchi, Nikhil and Sanket.

​

Nikhil and I are married, while Nikhil and Sanket have been friends since LKG. After Nikhil and I got our exit from the company we had previously helped build, the three of us came together to create something that felt more personal, thoughtful and close to our hearts.

​

We were also very clear about what we did not want to build. We did not want Phool & Pheras to grow into a distant, overly corporate company where clients were handed over from one team to another. We wanted to remain personally involved in the work, know every couple we worked with and care deeply about every experience we created.

​

Sanket believed in the idea enough to leave behind the life he had built in the US and move back to India to build Phool & Pheras with us. Together, the three of us shaped the company from the ground up and continue to be personally involved in every wedding we take on.

​

The three of us bring very different strengths to the company. I lead design and storytelling, Nikhil looks after production and finances, and Sanket leads partnerships and vendor relationships.

Together, we work closely with our core team to bring every wedding to life.

​

Nothing about the way we work is templated. We do not repeat designs simply because they have worked before, and the core of your wedding is never handed over or outsourced. You work closely with the three founders, along with our core team, throughout the planning process.

​

Our thought process for every wedding is simple: every couple is unique, and their wedding should reflect their story, their roots, their personalities and the choices that matter to them. That is why every experience we create looks and feels different.

​

Attention to detail is something we take immense pride in. Our aim is to make sure that you and your loved ones are able to relax, enjoy the celebrations and be fully present, while we handle the planning, coordination and firefighting in the background.

​

For us, every wedding is treated like a family wedding.

​

Because the three of us stay closely involved in every celebration, we intentionally take on only a limited number of weddings each month. Once our slots are filled, we do not take on more. This allows every couple to receive the same level of attention, involvement and care from us.

​

A little about our team: it is filled with people who are deeply passionate about what they do and bring their 150% to every wedding. We are incredibly grateful to work alongside them and bring each celebration to life.
